NOT today Joe -

too many protectors of political rectitude to let this pass the IRB, not to mention HMO reimbursement.

but although not randomized we could get an inkling by matching those few women who request an elective primary section with a control matched for age, gestational age, birthweight, parity, etc.

what do you think?
