Geff, I would have agreed with you up until just recently when Dr. Mary Hannah (of the term prom study etc.) stopped the term breech study because of interm analysis of data which suggested that C/S was safer for breeches. Being a previous staunch supporter of vaginal breech deliveries, I am now in a quandry as to what to do with my breech patients. I look forward to the published data from this trial ( and of course the rebuttals etc.).

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
