Re: Ob/Gyn programs for PalmFrom: ainsron@msn.comSun Jul 9 11:06:29 2000
In addition to the great calendar and address book, I use HandBase to keep track of deliveries. The memo pad works great to make sure I don't miss my "honey-do's." I used Epocrates for awhile, but found I did't use it enough to use all the space it took in memory. I use Preg Calc occaisionally, but haven't used the new upgrade, which looks like it should be helpful. I also use a data base in Word to keep track of my current Ob patients, EDCs, problems, etc. and transfer it with Documents to Go. Mine is a Palm V with 2 megs of memory, seems like a lot, but it goes quickly, I wish I had waited for the Palm Vx, with 8 megs of memory.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
