Check her day three follicular stimulating hormone. If it is greater than 25 she is unlikely to get pregnant without artificial techniques and endometrial suppression for 6 months with rebiopsy would be reasonable. If the FSH is less than 10 I would maximize efforts to get her pregnant, and rebiopsy in 6 months. Between 10-25 is dealers choice, but I'd go with trying to maximize pregnancy, as long as she withdrawls once a month.
