Practitioners in Washington State

As my waiting list gets longer (now booking mid august) I occasionally have patients asking about going elsewhere for their surgery. Elsewhere in Canada will not help with waiting times, and most patients are not able to afford care in the US which will come out of their own pocket. This week I had a patient who is interested in care elsewhere, and may be able to afford it. She has a fairly classical history for endometriosis, and I am booking her for L/S removal of endo, possibly removal of endometrioma (cyst seen on U/S poss. hemorrhagic corpus luteum, possibly endometrioma). Could any Wash. State practitioners who could get her in earlier please e-mail me privately. She is interested in how soon, and overall costs. John

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
