Started my e-mail experience on Pegasus through a sort of intranet without internet access. Two years later finally got internet access and started to use Netscape Messenger because it was bundled with Navigator. However, soon after a bug in the progam sent me back to Pegasus temporarily, and I realised that Pegasus is actually preferable in many respects. Granted, it does seem to have occasional problems sending attachments, but otherwise it is easier and clearer, and has all of the features, and more, of Messenger (whose worst feature is the way it handles signatures, which I still can't figure out!). One recently obvious advantage is its immunity to MS targeted worms. At present I am writing this on Netscape Messenger, but I use Pegasus for 70% of my work. Highly recommended.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
