-- We attempt ECV at 36+ weeks, as an indoor procedure using intramuscular terbutaline 250 micrograms half an hour before. It is done under ultrasound guidance, with an NST before and after. It hasn`t been very successful in primigravidas, but in multigravidas it has. Haven`t had any complications so far. I think it`s worth a try!

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
