A 28 year old lady, para 2 is presently 29 weeks pregnant. She reported with per vaginal bleeding. On examination she was found to have a polypoid growth arising from the cervix. Biopsy of the growth reveals a high grade adenocarcinoma. Clinical examination reveals induration in the left parametrium, right parametrium is free.Parametrial involvement is thus doubtful. I would like to ask the forum how best to manage this case.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
