A patient presented today from out of the area at 42.5 weeks, G3, P1, initial prenatal care by a CNM, then seen during the last half of her pregnancy by a lay-midwife for a planned home delivery. C/O decreased fetal movement for 2-3 days, unable to get any of the MDs in her community to see her for a NST. Evaluation by real-time sono showed absent FHTs, transverse lie, EFW 10+, pelvis proven to 10#, Cervix is long, soft, closed with no presenting part in the pelvis. Normal coagulation parameters, BP ~160/100 range, therefore admitted and placed on MgSO4. Attempted version was unsuccessful. What would be your choice of delivery? 1) Cytotec 2) Pitocin 3) Cervidil or prostaglandin 4) C/S 5) other
