Re: Cervical erosionFrom: Zach Newton (zbnewton@mindspring.com)Thu Apr 20 19:59:50 2000
Typically for a thread, there has been tangential migration that has driven off in a cloud of alkali dust from the original topic. The devolution has created a cryo vs LEEP set of constituents. Whoa! For one, I utilize both technologies. LEEP is applied, usually as an office procedure with outsourced equipment on a scheduled basis, for evaluation and management of patients with a high grade squamous intraepithelial cytology report or a persistent or recurrent abnormal cytology report after previous e&m with colpo/bx/cryo for less than HGSIL. Outpatient/general anesthesia selectively used for morbidly obese or the out-of-control terrified. (no embedded reference to dear t.j.)

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
