You asked for "American (with capital letters) Ob/Gyns) not for Caribbean and Dan, Ashley and Joe. I am not any of the three but since the Caribbean is after all in "America" I would like to totally agree with Joe's answer. Right on. We may disagree or might have done a different type of entry and this forum is a good place to discuss this issues and get ideas from others. I personally wouldn't have done a vertical skin and a classical in the uterus. Your postings are always very polite even after being thrown flames by somebody. Flames speak more about the person throwing them than about the intended receiver. Do not let yourself be bothered by it. Keep up with your contributions for they are very worthwhile. I have quit posting on the list because of the so many flames. An exception today.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
