I said once before on this list that I cannot remember the last patient I saw with a classical incision, and I have not done one myself since the late 70's during my training, yet we are always reading on this list about classical incisions. They should be so rare as to warrant calling all the students and residents into theatre when one is done as it may be the only one they'll ever see! Steve Raymond

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
