C.R.E.S.T. Syndrome With ElevateFrom: Jones, Terrence (Terrence.Jones@kp.org)Tue Apr 4 16:48:41 2000
Hmmm, G1P0 with scleroderma, makes microchimerism harder to implicate - is She a twin, or had a prior blood transfusion? What does the placenta look like on sono? Umbilical doppler flow? You mentioned nml LFT's; has She any Pruritis? Any prior instrumentation (scarring) of the endometrium? Were You able to ID nml ovaries on mid-trimester scan? Has She been checked for ACA/LAC (antiphos. AB's)? No growth restriction? -> consider FMH (Kleihauer)? Any results on the AFAFP yet? tj.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
