I guess if I was doing Lupron long term (with add back) I would want to do something to follow the bones and the lipids. ?Dexa ?urine markers (What ones) What do YOU use for add back. I have had patients get their pelvis symptoms back with add back. (using HRT type doses) Joanne Bulley
