Unless there is specific clinical problem (abnormal bleding, for example) I would not be overly concerned with that.

Often, when we do screening sonos before initiating ovulation induction on CD 2 or 3, the endometrium appears thicker then it does later in the cycle. Sometimes this thicker endometrium persists until they finished menstruation, but usually it becomes thin by mid-proliferative cycle, when it starts to thicken again.

I would not worry this, at worst repeat the sono again in next cycle, and perhaps document that she does ovulate (with something like a BBTC) and that her menstrual pattern is regular.
