this brings up another issue with regard to labs handling genetic testing - the variation in turn-around time. this would not normally be a problem save that diff MCO's have contracts with diff labs. some labs, eg Genzyme return karyotype results within ten days so that Paul's 2 week visit is eminently doable.however, others, eg Smith-Kline, take often 3 weeks for a result. what's been the group's experience? fastest? slowest? average?

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
