She was coming in to her family physician who kept doing the paps and didn't pay any attention to the adequacy part. Then she was referred to me for possible hysterectomy for her pain. She wants that done. Dan

Why does she keep coming in for Paps if she's declining the treatment that results from the tests being found abnormal?

Would she accept a LEEP?

You might see if you can borrow a fiberoptic nasophyrngoscope from a FP or ENT friend. You should at least be able to find the os and have a look around. It would be awfully tricky to do anything therapeutic that way, though.
