Recently I delivered a 2.8 kg breech baby to a primigravida patient. the head was not stuck and it was an easy delivery. Unfortunately the baby end up with HIE Class II. How long should I wait till I can deliver the head ( with what ever method. In the text it is always advisable till the hair line is seen. May be it is to late then?

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
