Anecdotally, I got tired of hearing that Terazol burns, so I usually recommend OTC Monistat, GyneLotrimin, etc. Generics will actually cost about the same as the co-pay for the prescription Terazol. The carriers get off cheaper if they don't have to pay for the Terazol, you know.

I offer Diflucan haphazardly, but try to push for the vaginal route.
