Dear Dr Magdy , what about gamaglobulin therapy .didyou try it before .but you have to know lymphocytotoxic Ab titre and the cold reacting Ab(react at4 degree)titre.the presence of the former will be the most likly cause of her early demise but the presence of the later is favourable sign and can be used to monitor the ttt. The dose of gamma globulin is variable in the literature but success of 76% has been associated with adose of 0.2mg /kg in divided doses over one week, but take care from hypersensitivity.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
