I don't understand your comments. Perhaps you could forward them to me privately in Spanish. What is OHA? The indication for the transabdominal amnioinfusion was to visualize and assess fetal anatomy (to make sure there was no potentially lethal anomaly). It was nearly impossible to see with severe oligohydramnios. We were not waiting for lung maturity. The patient received a course of betamethasone and was delivered 24 hrs after receiving the 2nd dose.
