1. the fibroids are still there, tiny but there. After an endometrial ablation the recurrence rate is higher than without any Gn-RH treatment (Fedele L & al. Br J Obstet Gynaecol 1990; 97: 393-6) 2. the only treatment in these women is total hysterectomy.
