friends I knew a case...... M1 active labor ...amniotomy with 4 cm dark and profuse bleeding was found....fetal bradicardia.......no hipertonic uterus.....fundical placenta urgency cesarean section was done whit the diagnosis of severe metrorragy in labor acute fetal distress PREVIUM VASORUM ( this was thinking) ...8 min later ...N.B 0-0 Apgar score....and no response. ......WHAT ANOTHER THING HAD THEY COULD DONE???,,,,,,obvius more than previus diagnosis. ...some kind of compression??? and what do you think about amniotomy in labor??? ronnie

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
