Dear all

I would like to know your conduct in this case:

You are on call at Gynecological E.R. Patient Gesta3 Para2, with 12 wks of pregnancy, vaginal bleeding, a closed external cervical os. Abdominal ultrasound demonstrate a fetus with cardiac activity visible. The gestational sac is funneling the internal os.

No history of RPL or incompetent cervix
