WE have 6 MDs, 5 CNMs and 5 offices. We explain to each ob patient how our call system works, and give *them* the choice. If it is important to them to meet everyone, they will....even if it means traveling to a satellite. If it isn't that important, they won't.

I suspect that trying to legislate and implement a way to do this will be harder than figuring out E&M codes.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
