Rheumatic fever

Had anybody in the list got patient with acute rheumatic fever during pregnancy? If yes, could you tell me about effect of it on pregnancy and vice versa, management options; or refer me to the web.site where I can read about it. Thanks.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit.
