Gary,

I would re-do this gland in the OR under regional or general anesthesia. Do *not* try to remove the whole gland as almost nothing short of a hemi-vulvectomy will assure that you have removed the whole gland. Do, however, a good wide marsupialization with several sutures from the edges to the back wall of the cyst.
