I used gravity with Glycine before getting the gynecare machine. The nurses would calculate the I&O's for me and announce them at 5 min intervals. One case the nurse was off by a factor of 10,told me 250, when the deficit was 2500. Patient did well, but I prefer to use the pump.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
