Do you get an amnio before you do those? According to the ACOG bulletin, you should, because that is an elective delivery before 39 weeks.

i just keep an eye on them until 37 plus weeks as about 4% stay breech as i remember - patience works - then i do a version under epidural on the rest at 37 weeks plus - less size, more fluid and my success rate is about 86 - 90% -- thanks to the epidural up to c/s levels. then i use it for labor since it is in. very good overall results with this approach.

just how i have done it for about 10 yrs so far.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
