I think you mean the estimated fetal weight is 4687 Gms. If by Ultrasound the mathematical studies say plus or minus 15%. Than would be about 700 grams. Actual studies show that the US usually overestimates at this range. The baby probably weighs somewhere between 3800 and 5000 grams. I would evaluate her pelvis and make a decision based on that as to either repeat C/S or awaiting labor. She would need a real big pelvis to await onset of labor. I think most of the studies have shown no benefit to inducing labor for macrosomia.
