I talked about this with our Urogynecologist here. He has never seen one either. He said if he had one, he might consider approaching it abdominally. He felt that that way one might not have to cut the sling to get at the "tic", where the vaginal appproach would almost necessitate cutting the sling. Dan R. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
