Thanks Paul - my series is only 1 (1 too many as per previous posters). Transverse incision, injecting as I went. Anaesthesia did arrive as the baby was coming out. No one would want to do it again, but we did get the job done.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit.
