The only vague recollection I have about that is an article in the journal "Torpical Doctor" of about 15 to 20 years ago where somone mentiones using local for the skin, then ketalar and by the time that wears off they are already closing.

However, one wonders where US medicine is going...

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit.
