That was the interspinous that was 9 cm. which is MIDpelvis. One of my old faculty used to say you could get 1 pound through for each Cm. He also had FOS disease. Dan

My opinion is that this patient is best advised not to think about attempting a vaginal delivery. For two reasons:

1. She has a uterus with three scars increasing her risk of rupture 2. The pelvimetry is well outside the guidelines that I would regard as indicating an adequate pelvis. There have been studies showing that the chance of vaginal delivery is markedly reduced with an inlet diameter of <10cm. And the subpubic angle is also too small.

The presence of an occipitoposterior in the first pregnancy is a warning to me too.
