If it depended on informed choice and consent, we would not be having this discussion in the first place. Any of us can consent any women any way we want her to sign. But where the ACOG writes in effect, be careful with VABCs, now you want to unnecessarily try this after three scars? Why? My wife has had two Caesars and if she became pregnant again she would get a Caesar. And no I havenīt delivered either of them (though I gave the GA on the first one). The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
