obviously the choice is her's to make - if she can handle the risks, then she can go for it. i do feel, however, that this is the place for clinical assessment prior to and again early on in the labor course. should this woman enter labor with the head above the inlet or worse, overrriding the symphysis, probably TOL would not be worth the risk.

Of course, that's just my opinioon. i could be wrong.
