Well - I haven't done an x-ray pelvimetry in about 23 years so I can't comment on that other that it is not helpful -- maybe so in rare circumstances. Luis is right -- she can decide for a TOL if you and your institution are committed with the new guidelines. She must understand that TOL has more risks for her baby than for her.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
