I had an ultrasound done last thursday, then another one on the following friday, The one on thursday dated at 6wk0dys, the one this friday dated at 6wk5dys. The first one was done vaginal and the second was done abdominal. The doctor said he couldn't see anything inside that sac at all and did a test on my levels. The week before I was at 2000, and Friday I was at 23,500. My doctor told me that I will probaly miscarry within the next two weeks... Is there any way that he could be wrong about this??? When is the latest that you should be able to see the baby on an ultrasound???

Please Help this will be my second lost baby..

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
