Actually, all of the above would be acceptible with the patient's informed consent. If she didn't care about keeping her uterus, I think I'd opt for a planned, elective c/hyst... but then that's my bias. On the other hand, if she's treated and "cured", she can be followed for the rest of her life with Pap smears, etc, etc.
