31 YO P1011, now 9 weeks, is 6 months post LEEP for AdenoCa in situ of the cervix and moderate squamous dysplasia, both with clear margins. The first follow up pap at 3 months was normal, and was repeated today and is pending. She has a LTC/S for a breech in her first pregnancy without labor. She wishes to VBAC. This is her last planned child. Questions: 1. If she ends up with a repeat C/S for some reason, would you do a C-hyst? 2. If she delivers vaginally, and is through with childbearing, and if her paps are normal, does she need further treatment (ie a hyst down the road a few months)? 3. If she comes to a C/S, and wants no further children, and a hyst is contemplated for the future, would you do a TL if requested anyway? Food for throught. Garry

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
