Microgematuria in pregnancyFrom: Alexandra Borisova (treatment@mtu-net.ru)Tue Jan 18 05:15:40 2000
Normally developing pregnancy in healthy 28 y.o patient G2P1, except for persistent asymptomatic microgematuria without WBC and bacteria present in urine. 32 weeks now. Is it warranted to check her urine culture, renal function and to do renal US? Thank you in advance.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
