Luis, I have got the (hospital) fax number for you but regret that I left it on my desk at work this pm, will get it to you eventually - hopefully tommorrow. My recall is that she had a paper in BMJ last year (?first half) it was concerning induction for VBAC. It might be that the paper would should an email address for her or one of her co-authors. Have you looked there?

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
