Its similar to the one I've heard since I was a kid: "Railroad Crossing, watch out for the cars. Can you spell that without any R's?" The question is a non sequitor, it does not follow from and is independent of the first statement.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit.
