Take a good pedigree (at least 3 generations) looking for specific history of conditions that are amenable to antenatal diagnosis by invasive testing (such as CF, TSD) or ultrasound (some of the skeletal dysplasias are inherited in this fashion). There is not an increased risk for aneuploidy, per se.
