Does any one have any information regarding the safety of taking antidepressants during pregancy? The PDR says no studies have been done when I look up Zoloft and effexor. I have not been able to find any articles on the subject either. I have a depression patient that wants to get pregnant but is concerned about giving up her meds verses staying on her meds.Any references? Any experiences? I am coming up dry.
Thanks B
