Where I work we have partial computer testing, so the lab will put the order in when the patient is identified as RH negative, generally when the new ob labs are collected. So then when the nurse puts in the labs at each visit the computer gives a reminder that this patient has labs (rhogam) due. It will also be noted on the front "problem list" on their chart and when the Rhogam is given the date is entered there. For the most part our lab keeps track of it, they handle all our rhogam, which is a big help. Hope this helps...Sheila
