Hello - I believe it would be listed as a G1P2, if that person only had one pregnancy with twins. Officially, one of our docs mentioned to me some time ago that the parady technically should not be listed until the newborn is at least 6 wks old. So after delivery in that case it would be a G1P0 until that time, then G1P1 if stillbirth occured. Hope this helps...
