Hi, I am an OB/GYN RN that used to work in L&D and now in an office setting. My question is related to twin/triplet pregnancies and how to correctly list para's after delivery. If a Gravida I has a twin delivery in which both fetuses were greater than 36 wks and both viable...what is the correct way to list out Gravida and Para? Also, if in the same case one of the twins was still born what would the G & P be?

Thanks for the response, Rachael

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
