Contact the Institute of Midwifery, Women and Health. It is a distance learning program based in Philadelphia. They are WONDERFUL! The most recent class includes a few midwives trained in the UK. I think that they are allowed to challenge some of the intrapartem clinical if they meet criteria. I would be happy to put you in touch with them if you have difficulty finding their information.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
