Chronic Pelvic Pain

My sistem has very very severe pelvic pain. She suffers from
Endometriosis and has had two laparoscopies. When she had the second
laparasocopy, her gallbladder was removed. She's had also adhesions,
which we both are aware that are formed post-surgery. However, her pain
is driving her insane, it's 24 hours and very bad. She needs help
please. Her OB-Gyn doctor gave up, he does not know what's causing the
pain, whether in fact is related to the Endometriosis or something else.
She's very depressed because the pain is interfering with her daily
life. I need some advice. What can the doctors do for her? Any advice
is welcome.
